The Attendee Experience
At our show, attendees feel as if they're attending a special event versus a crowded trade show. They will be inspired and engaged by your design vignettes and displays, captivated by your live demonstrations, and engaged through one on one conversations about their event vision - all of which creates that emotional connection with you and your work needed to select you as a vendor for their event.
Included in Exhibitor Registration Fees:
• Feature on our website and social media pages
• Participation in displays in the design gallery (most shows charge for this)
• Opportunity to be a part of our collaborative styled shoot at the show venue with the show exhibitors! The images and video will be used to promote the show and the exhibitors on our website, social media pages, and advertising campaigns.
• Their choice of one table: 6ft rectangle, 8ft rectangle, 120” round, or 132” round, 2 chairs, with a poly tablecloth (color of your choice). However, we encourage you to be creative, as this show is created to be more of a design showroom. We want attendees to see your work in person through your vignette design.
• If you need assistance in designing / finding rentals for your space, we help and even connect you with other exhibitors in the show for potential collaboration!
• Access to the contact information of all registered attendees once all terms of the exhibitor contract are fulfilled.
• Bottled Water
• Lunch for 2 for exhibitor spaces. Lunch for 1 for retail tables.
• We refer potential clients to you, our venue, and our exhibitors, before, during, and after the show.
Please note, we do not utilize pipe and drape at our show, as it takes away from the beauty of the venue and hinders the special event atmosphere.

Please note, Exhibitors are able to book/combine multiple spaces throughout the show and will receive a discount for doing so. We can also create a custom sized space for you.
Register To Exhibit With Us
If you have any questions or need help deciding on which space to book, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 954-856-0444.
Once you've decided which space you would like to book:
1) Email us at email@example.com or click the button below and introduce us to your business. Once we determine if you will be a great fit for the show, and if you think the show is a great fit for your business's marketing goals, we will send you the exhibitor booklet with additional details, and you will then tell us which size space you would like to book.
2) We will electronically send you an invoice, contract, and registration form.
3) You will remit your 50% deposit and balance is due within 30 days of the deposit.
4) You will complete the registration form, electronically sign the contract, and email us images for our marketing use.
5) We will add you to the exhibitor section on our website, market you on our social media pages, and help you prep for the show.
